This page explains how the Stack Visualizer at easystack.netlify.app handles information. The site is a free educational tool built and maintained by Arun Neupane. In short: the visualizer runs entirely in your browser, and we do not collect or store your personal data on any server.

What happens in your browser

  • Stack operations: every push, pop and peek happens locally on your device. The values you enter are never uploaded anywhere and disappear when you close the page.
  • Code snippets: the copyable code examples are static text served with the page. Copying them uses your browser's clipboard only.
  • Syntax highlighting: the code display uses the Prism library loaded from the Cloudflare CDN. When your browser requests those files, the CDN receives your IP address as part of a standard web request, as with any website resource.

Advertising and Google AdSense

This site may display ads served by Google, as a third-party vendor, using the Google AdSense program. In connection with serving ads:

  • Google and its partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • You may opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info.
  • For more on how Google uses data from partner sites, see Google's Privacy & Terms.

Children's privacy

This is a general-audience educational tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included.
